  • The registration fee includes a congress bag, name badge, final program, and certificate of attendance.
  • VAT is not included in the above registration fees. The VAT rate is 20%.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

  • Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
  • For cancellations made before December 26, 2025, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of 10% for bank charges.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after December 26, 2025.
  • After December 26, 2025, only name changes will be accepted.
  • All refunds will be processed after the congress.

  • The above prices are for 3 nights and will be applied as a package rate.
  • The accommodation package includes 3 nights of accommodation (check-in: April 2, 2026 – check-out: April 5, 2026), open buffet breakfast, lunch at the congress hotel on scientific program days, dinner, coffee breaks, Opening Cocktail, access to the exhibition area, and meeting halls.
  • VAT is not included in the above accommodation fees. The VAT rate is 10%. A 2% accommodation tax is included in the above prices
  • Participants are kindly requested to transfer the accommodation fee to the bank account specified below and to send the payment receipt together with participant details to pedkar@zevent.com.tr.
External Participation Fee for Non-Accommodated Participants (During the Congress) 400 Euro
  • VAT is not included in the above external participation fee. The VAT rate is 20%.
  • The hotel operates under an all-inclusive concept. Participants who do not purchase accommodation through Z Event Congress Organization Services are required to pay 100 Euro + VAT per day to access the congress center between 08:00 and 18:30.
  • Included services: open buffet lunches, beverages during lunches, coffee breaks, and the opening cocktail.
  • In addition to the external participation fee, the applicable registration fee must also be paid.

TRANSFER FEES

Round-Trip Transfer Fee (Airport – Hotel – Airport) 6.000 TL
  • If flight changes are notified in writing at least 24 hours in advance, transfer change requests will be taken into consideration. Requests submitted after this period will be evaluated as private transfers.
  • The round-trip transfer fee applies to transfers between Antalya Airport and the Congress Hotel on the main arrival and departure days (April 2 and April 5).
  • Private transfer requests apply to one guest only; additional guests will be charged per person.
  • For mid-day and private transfer requests, please contact the organizing secretariat at pedkar@zevent.com.tr.
  • VAT is not included in the above transfer fees. The VAT rate is 20%.

Transfer Cancellation Policy:

  • Transfer cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
  • For cancellations made before March 15, 2026, 90% of the paid transfer fee will be refunded after deduction of 10% for bank charges.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after March 15, 2026.
  • After March 15, 2026, only name changes will be accepted.
  • All refunds will be processed after the congress.
