ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Oral and/or Poster Abstract Submission Rules:

Submission of abstracts through the online system is the only valid submission method. Abstracts submitted via e-mail or postal mail outside the system will not be accepted.

The electronic submission system will be closed on the announced date.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • You may submit your abstracts by clicking the button above.
  • Please carefully read the information below before starting your submission.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is February 1, 2026. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts may be submitted only as Oral, Poster, or Video Presentations.
  • To ensure that your abstract is considered for evaluation, please strictly adhere to the abstract submission rules.

General Rules for Abstract Preparation

  • Abstract texts are limited to 500 words, excluding the title and author names.
  • The abstract text must be written in Times New Roman, 10-point font size, and single-spaced.
  • Abstract titles must be written in uppercase letters.
  • Research abstracts must include the following sections: Introduction and Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • Case reports must include the following sections: Introduction and Objectives, Case, and Conclusion.
  • The abstract title should clearly reflect the content of the study.
  • Abbreviations other than commonly known ones should be written in full at first use, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
  • For submitted abstracts to be considered for evaluation, they must be prepared in accordance with the universally accepted scientific principles outlined below.
  • An “Abstract” is a carefully prepared summary of the study or case intended for presentation. Within the word limit, it should be as detailed as possible, include all numerical and statistical results of analyzed data (for research studies), and emphasize the key messages and the contribution of the study to the existing literature.
  • Since abstracts will be published as submitted, authors are strongly advised to carefully check for spelling and grammatical errors.
  • If drug names are included in the abstract, generic names must be used, and company names must not be mentioned.

Feedback and Evaluation Process

An e-mail containing the abstract evaluation result will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the author starting from February 2, 2026. The evaluation outcome will be one of the following: accepted / rejected / revision requested and accepted.

Abstracts for which revision is requested must be revised in line with the reviewers’ recommendations and resubmitted by February 9, 2026. Authors are responsible for following the entire evaluation process of their abstracts.

Poster Presentations

All abstracts accepted as posters must be uploaded to the system in the form of a PowerPoint poster presentation by February 16, 2026, at 09:00.

Due to the large number of poster presentations, it will not be possible to display all accepted posters throughout the congress. Therefore, posters selected by the Scientific Evaluation Committee from among the accepted posters will be presented in the e-poster area.


All information regarding the presentation format, date, time, and venue of the abstracts will be communicated to the authors via e-mail.
